Taliban boss among 5 nabbed from Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Security forces claimed arresting five Taliban including a commander from Ring Road in Peshawar, Geo news said on Wednesday.

According to sources, the arrests were made during a raid on a house located at Ring Road following the secret intelligence pertaining to Taliban’s hideout in that area.

The Taliban commander, arrested among other terrorists, was later identified as Syed Umar Urfi while terrorists have been moved to Ghalnai Headquarter present in Mohmand Agency, sources said.

The inquiry is underway, sources added.
